This new Agreement replaces the ACT Public Sector Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2010-2011. The Agreement provides for 7% pay increases over 2 years, with the first 3.5% increase payable from 1 July 2011. A complete summary of the changes from the previous agreement can be found below.

Coverage
The agreement covers all Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing employed by the Health Directorate and Calvary Public Health Care ACT Inc.

When will I get paid?
Shared Services have advised the new rates of pay, plus back pay, will be processed for payday 01 March 2012.
