Your completed application form, resume and document addressing the selection criteria should be uploaded into your on-line profile using the "My Documents" step after you have logged on and applied for the position. It is important that you upload the document with the "REQ ID" or "Job Number" as part of the title. (e.g. 00888 Selection Criteria Responses LastName.doc). Please ensure that your resume contains a detailed work history including dates.
