The Health Directorate Village Creek Centre brings together a number of Rehabilitation, Aged and Community Care Services providing a "one stop shop" to improve the coordination of services for clients.

The Village Creek Centre provides plenty of parking, with modern accessible facilities.

ACTION Bus Services

ACTION bus route 62 departs from both Woden and Tuggeranong Bus Stations. Buses depart every hour throughout the day and more frequently during peak times. Bus stops are located on Summerland Circuit, with access via a pedestrian path from the stop to the front door of the Centre. The distance is approximately 180m from the stop to the door.

Low floor, easy access buses are scheduled on most trips for Route 62. For details on departure times or to find out which trips are easy access visit www.action.act.gov.au or call 13 17 10.

Community Transport

For customers unable to use ACTION buses, community transport services assist clients to have continued independence and confidence by transporting them to medical and para-medical appointments, social and community activities and shopping centres. Some eligibility requirements apply.

The Centre will work with the relevant community transport provider to negotiate a time and date for transport.
