Our Counselling & Treatment Service (CTS) and Youth Drug & Alcohol Program (YDAP) provides counselling and support and a range of therapeutic groups for people experiencing alcohol and/or drug related issues. This service is free and is available to individuals, family members and carers.

Counselling and Treatment Service
Our Counselling & Treatment Service is a team of dedicated counsellors who provide a range of therapeutic treatments, support and information. Our services include:
- individual counselling
- family member/carer counselling
- therapeutic group sessions for adults
Youth Drug & Alcohol Program
If you are aged between 12 and 25, we can offer you support. This support includes short-term counselling focused on specific problems or immediate crises through to long-term counselling.
Group Programs
We regularly run support and therapeutic groups for people who are having difficulty with alcohol and other drugs, and for people seeking support in preventing relapse.
Who we care for
We care for people experiencing alcohol and/or drug related issues, and their family and carers.

What to expect
When you call us, we will conduct a phone assessment and arrange a referral to the counselling team. If we think your needs are better addressed by another organisation/agency or service, we’ll let you know and give you their details.
What to bring to your appointment
- Any letters or correspondence from your GP
- Medicare card
- Health Care Card and/or concession card (if you have one)

Monday to Friday 08.30am – 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).
