Health Professional Level 3 Personal Upgrade Scheme for the Recognition of Excellence
Thank you for your interest in the HP3 Personal Upgrade Scheme. Applications have now closed for the 2017 Round. This website will be updated with more information about the HP3 Upgrade Scheme in the first half of 2018.
For your information, the Guidelines and Application Package for the 2017 Round are still available on this webpage. Applicants to the 2017 Round will receive periodic updates on the progress of their application. Applications for the 2017 round opened on Monday 3rd July 2017 and closed Friday 22nd September 2017.
2017 Information Session
Three information sessions were held the week beginning 26th June 2017.

To be eligible to submit an application to the HP3 Personal Upgrade Scheme an applicant must:
- Have been continuously permanently employed in the ACT Government and/or Calvary Public Hospital Bruce for 12 months or more by the Scheme closing date (end September 2017); or continuously employed on a temporary contract for at least 12 months as at the Scheme closing date; and
- Be employed at the Health Professional Level 3 classification, Pay Point 3 (HP3.3); and
- Not be subject to a current under-performance or misconduct process.
Please ensure you contact your Agency Scheme Secretariat (see list below) to register your intent to apply-this is a new requirement in 2017.
Your Scheme Secretariat will then discuss either by phone or in person your specific application and talk through the expectations of the Scheme.
