Eat Well. Feel Good.

It can be hard to find and choose healthier food and drinks when you’re out and about. Especially when we’re surrounded by unhealthy food marketing everywhere we go. Healthier Choices Canberra is working to change that.

Canberrans have told us that they’re looking for healthier options at the places they visit regularly – such as supermarkets, licensed clubs, restaurants, cafes, and sporting venues.

Healthier Choices Canberra makes it easier to find tasty, fresh and  healthier food and drink options. We work with Canberra businesses and sporting clubs to increase the visibility and appeal of healthier foods* with a focus on vegetables, fruit, and water, making it easier for customers to spot them.  Some businesses have improved their recipes and others have added brand new healthier food and drink options - it’s all about choice, so there’s still plenty of old favourites on the menu too.
