Our Stripped Back Chef finalists

For over 18s who love to cook simple healthier food recipes for pre-packaged foods or foods that can be easily prepared to be sold in school and sports canteens.

You can watch our four finalists battle it out live at the final Stripped Back Chef Cook Off event on Saturday 30 November from 9am to 10am at the Capital Region Farmers Market at EPIC. There will be tasting samples and you can cast your vote.

Uni student who loves food blogging and travelling for inspiration! Melissa is also lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. She loves making food simple and tasty as Melissa believes that once you eat well, you’re inspired to live well.

Franzi – Vegetable fritters

Loves healthy cooking! In Germany where she grew up food is life. Franzi wants to show Canberrans how easy it is to make healthier food delicious.
