Quitline
Quitline is a free and confidential helpline run by trained quit-smoking counsellors who can offer you advice and support.
Please call 13QUIT (13 7848) between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week to speak to a counsellor.

Cancer Council ACT
Cancer Council ACT offers various quit-smoking courses conducted by trained educators. The courses are designed to help you understand why you smoke and to develop strategies to help you quit for good. They can be tailored to specific groups and acknowledge additional barriers that certain people may face when trying to quit.
