ACT Health ICT Standards for the ACT Public Health System

The Digital Solutions Division – Critical Solutions and Infrastructure (DSD-CSI) Hub has developed standards that encompasses all ICT aspect of the infrastructure required in a typical health environment. We currently have 14 approved ICT standards and more than 8 in development. These standards are applicable to all ACT public health system sites or any work funded by ACT Health Directorate (ACTHD) (e.g. Calvary, ACTHD provided NGO sites) unless specifically exempted.

It is the responsibility of the contractor/vendor to read and adhere to the procedures, processes and guidelines set out in the document when quoting for or carrying out work for any ACT public health system sites. If any specific requirement is unclear, it is expected that clarification will be sought from the ACT public health system’s Digital Solutions Division (DSD) Critical Systems and Infrastructure (CSI) Hub - Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Architect(s) at dsd.csi@act.gov.au.
