Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement

The agreement covers all Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing employed by the Health Directorate and Calvary Public Health Care ACT Inc.
ACT Public Service Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2013-2017
The current agreement came into effect on 25 Mar 2014. The Enterprise Agreement will provide a solid set of employment conditions for nurses and midwives in the ACTPS over the next 3 ½ years.

ACTPS Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2013-2017
This Agreement replaces the ACT Public Service Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2011-2013.
The Agreement provides for an 12% pay increase over 4 years, with the first increase payable in the first pay period on or after 1 July 2013. A complete summary of the changes from the previous agreement can be found below.

Proposed ACT Public Service Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2017-2019
Agreement has been reached on a proposed new enterprise agreement to cover all registered nurses and midwives, enrolled nurses and assistants in nursing employed in the ACT Public Service.
