Transition to Practice in Aged Care Scholarship

Are you an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander early career nurse (registered within the last 1-2 years)? Are you working in public or private residential aged care?

If you answered yes, consider applying for a SYNERGY Transition to Practice in Aged Care Scholarship!

Successful recipients will be supported with a $3,000 study scholarship and mentorship to complete the Gerontological Nursing Competencies Programme (Aged Care Transition to Practice) facilitated by University of Wollongong and University of Canberra.

Tuition fees for the Gerontological Nursing Competencies Programme are currently funded by the Australian Commonwealth Government Department of Health and Aged Care, for eligible students.

Applications close Monday, 16 January 2023.
