Partnership Board – Working Groups

ACT Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board Working Groups

The ACT Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board has agreed to the establishment of two working groups:

  1. Research Working Group
  2. Workforce Education and Training Working Group

The Research Working Group will provide expert advice and recommendations to the Partnership Board in relation to structural and organisational issues related to health research across the ACT, including advising on research priorities and strategies.

The Workforce Education and Training Group will consider and advise on the best way to integrate efforts across the ACT’s tertiary education sector that results in improvements to effectiveness of health services for the Canberra community and communities in surrounding regions of NSW, and to facilitate in creating a culture of simultaneous learning and teaching.

Each working group will comprise a Chair and up to six members selected by the Chair from a range of professions.

For more information on each working group, refer to the Terms of Reference below.

Expression of Interest

The Expression of Interest for the Chairs of both working groups has now closed. Details on the appointed Chairs will be available once the process has been finalised.

Chairs will then undertake a process to identify membership of their respective Working Groups.
