Wherever you are in the ACT, we want the palliative care you receive to be:
based on the best evidence
provided by staff who understand how to best support you.
Providers of palliative care services in the ACT are committed to working together and with you to develop such a service. We are looking at what changes and improvements we can make. Community consultation forums are planned for the future and we encourage you to have a voice in designing quality palliative care service in the ACT.
