Canberra Health Services offers a variety of one-off and long term podiatry services in the community for ACT residents who who hold a Centrelink Pension, a Low-Income Health Care Card or are registered as an Asylum Seeker.
Our services include:
- General podiatry treatment
- Foot health assessment
- Biomechanical assessment
- Footwear and orthotic prescription
- Nail surgery
- Health promotion and education
The Community Care Podiatry service is a registered provider to Commonwealth Home Support Program participants and the NDIS.
Please note: some fees and charges may apply.
Clients aged 65 and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People) who wish to access community podiatry services are required to make a referral through My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.
Clients aged less than 65 and NDIS participants may make a direct referral through the Central Health Intake service on 5124 9977.
