Health forums
ACT Health Forum brings together the ACT health community to learn, share and design a system that supports improving health outcomes for our region’s population. ACT Health is committed to holding health forums at least twice a year.
The forums aim to:
- increase understanding of our local health system
- increase awareness of our local, national and international reform agendas and what this means for the ACT
- explore new ways of working effectively and collaboratively for the ACT community.
The first Health Forum was held in November 2023. This forum aimed to introduce the concept of value-based health care and to consider which areas of the ACT health system are ready to implement this model. Watch this short video for an insight into the last forum.
